2-1-1 Northeast Michigan is a non-profit agency committed to using the 2-1-1 dialing code to enhance and strengthen access to health and human service resources in Northeast Michigan. The agency is designated as one of eight regional 2-1-1 centers within Michigan. Availability of the high quality 2-1-1 information and referral system throughout Michigan supports agencies and the community. 2-1-1 is an efficient solution that eliminates the confusing and often overwhelming maze of information and services for people who need help or desire to give help. 2-1-1 also offers social service providers help for their clients, and gives organizations who are dedicated to providing assistance a way to enhance their impact and maximize their resources through donations and volunteering.
