According to Harvard Medical School, “Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.” We will begin creating our mandalas with our own hands and then add the personal words that express appreciation and gratitude. This playshop includes guided meditation, chi gong and our own unique creative visual expressions. Pre-registration Required by 10/24.
