Event Description:
Explore the concept of prayer flags (rooted in Buddhism) and create your own to hang inside or outdoors. Using found items - papers, fabric, paint and mixed media - your flags will reflect the karma (peace, compassion, strength and wisdom) you want to share. Start collecting recycled items (more details in the class supply list) and thinking of values you would like to spread. Kits will be provided. With Julie Welsh. Preregistration required by 4/15.
