Woodland Place had a change in management 6/2016, although ownership remained the same.  Edward Rose and Sons management team has been aggressively making improvements at this community since the transition in management from exterior building repairs and interior remodeling to added amenities, team training, and stricter criteria for applicant approval.  The community has witnessed this huge transformation, and we have more yet to do.
