The Stevens Center for Family Business, part of the Scott L. Carmona College of Business at Saginaw Valley State University for 20 years, has the mission of supporting the success of family business through the generations with education, collaboration and networking.
 
During this virtual event, SCFB Director Rejeana Heinrich will discuss the significant impact of family business on our economy and all aspects of the community, and some of the unique challenges and rewards inherent in owning and operating family businesses.  SCFB Membership Coordinator Casey Stevens will talk about the advantages of membership in the Center.   Leaders from two family businesses will join the discussion, to relate their personal experiences.  They include Kathie Fuce-Hobohm, CEO, and Paddy Hobohm, President, of SPACE, Inc.,; and Joe VanderKelen, President and CEO, and Brooke VanderKelen Alba, Sales & Marketing, of Snow Machines, Inc.
