The Customers First program is designed to recognize the best examples of great customer service in the Midland area. Anyone can be nominated or be a nominator. This program is FREE for businesses to participate in and it is not required that you be a member of the Midland Area Chamber of Commerce.
The goal of Customers First is to reward outstanding service and encourage great customer care throughout the Midland community. Customers First is a FREE program designed to make it easy for employers to encourage and inspire their employees to go above and beyond with customers.
Customers First is operated by the Midland Area Chamber of Commerce to foster an environment that promotes and rewards the best customer service in Midland for our visitors and residents.
Nomination is Simple!
Participation in the Customers First program is very easy. Are you an employer? Customer? Co-worker? Anyone can submit a nomination! Simply fill out the electronic form by clicking here.
Submission Information:
• Fill out the online nomination form.
• Fax or email letters, internal and/or external customer recognitions that your employees have received to chamber@macc.org or (989) 835-3701.
• Display Customers First program information in your lobby/reception area (signage is available from the Chamber at no cost to your business, or download signage here).
Customers First award winners will be honored at every Chamber Quarterly Membership Luncheon.

An annual Customers First luncheon is held to celebrate the achievement of all the great customer service delivered throughout the year and those that nominated them. The Customers First award is managed by the Small Business Committee of the Midland Area Chamber of Commerce.
